KLAVA Relay at Bukit Kiara
IPOH KRI 12KMLast year (2007), I spent too much time & energy in running that I did not give much priority to other physical activities. I missed all the traithlon races, but I was still able to do my Powerman in Lumut on 11th Nov 2007. Pictutes taken by Tey E T (thanks!).
2007 POWERMAN (LUMUT, PERAK)
I took part in almost all road races including the Kuantan TC 10KM & KRI 12KM Road Race, 2 full marathon (KLIM & Singapore Standard Charter), the FTAAA Cross Country & the Iron Hill run.

Ya, I have "Old Flower Eye", I thought "E4" is the relay no, haha.
