Larian Amal Seri Sinar 2009 - Let's Start

There is a big contrast between the 10KM run starting & the family category.

For the 10KM lineup, there were close to a thousand runners including some professionals from other parts of the world. During the start, the runners running up a short and gentle slope and reaching the highest point at a distant about 200 meters from the start line. While these runners started to descend, the photographer was waiting at a lower altitude and taking these pictures.

For the Family Run, there were about 50 teams with a total of 170+ participants including many children. By just looking at the photo below, you may think that these photos were taken in a different event while the atmosphere was totally different.
